SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt, unless it is a nice day; we may go outside & play instead.
• Rush orders with expedited shipping received before 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day, even if it is a nice day.
• Custom orders and items which are in production will take longer to be fulfilled.

REFUND, RETURNS, + CANCELLATION POLICIES

• We expect that our customers will be 100% satisfied with our grommets and related products.
• Returns are accepted on most items if we have not met your standards.
• Refunds and credits will be issued upon receipt of returned items. Shipping charges will only be credited if the return is due to an error on our part.
• Cancellations prior to shipment will incur no fee. If an order is cancelled after shipment, customer is responsible for all shipment charges, credit for product only will be issued upon receipt of returned goods.
• Returns and refunds on custom orders is not allowed.
